Requesting Help

1. Open the Fluff - Pet Services App and login.

2. Select the three bars on the top left of your home screen to open up your menu.

3. Select the "Help" section. Here, you can find our direct contact information and a link to our FAQ page. For anything you cannot find on the FAQ page, please don't hesitate to contact us directly.
