Creating Your Account

1. Go to the Apple App Store and search for Fluff - Pet Services. Or, click here.

2. Download the App and Open it when it is done.

3. Select "Sign Up" below the "Sign In" button.

4. Follow the instructions, filling in all of your information. In the "email" section, be sure you select an email you use frequently, as updates from our third-party software are sent there.

5. Select "Agree" on our user agreement when you are finished...and viola! Your account has been created.

If you wait 24 hours, an account on Time to Pet, our third-party app, will be created on your behalf. We highly suggest that you download this app as well and follow the activation instructions you were sent.
